No. We are a functional medicine and hormone optimization clinic. While we offer therapeutic injections, we do not offer aesthetic services like Botox or fillers. Our focus is internal health, metabolic restoration, and hormonal balance.

It is critical to understand that while we accept insurance for medical consultations, commercial health insurance (including BCBS TX) does not cover wellness-based IV hydration, "Blueprint" nutritional infusions, or vitamin injections. By law, we cannot bill insurance for these services. Therefore, all IV therapies and vitamin injections remain direct cash-pay services. We do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for all services, including IVs and injections.

Because you aren't paying for a "quick check-up." You are paying for a 60-minute clinical deep-dive, a full review of your medical history, and—if in-person—a medical-grade Body Composition Analysis. This is the foundation of your Empower Blueprint™.

To ensure total transparency, you pay for your labs at-cost directly to our partner, Rupa Health. Most comprehensive functional panels range from $250–$355. We never mark up lab costs, so you get the most advanced testing at the lowest possible price. We can also adjust lab panels for focused care. You are welcome to use insurance for your labs.

Our 12-Week Transformation Packages are all-inclusive, one-time programs designed for a full metabolic reset. Our Month-to-Month Flex Plan ($99/mo) can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice. However, once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, that specific medication cost is non-refundable.

Yes, if clinically indicated. These are included in our Metabolic Reset and Ultimate Transformation packages. We use high-quality, FDA-regulated 503A compounding pharmacies to ensure you receive safe, effective therapy without the "pharmacy counter" headaches.

We recognize the large military and veteran population in the Temple/Killeen area and are actively finalizing the credentialing process with Tricare and the Veteran’s Administration (VA). Your safety is our priority. Texas law requires all new patients receiving medical treatments (including IVs and injections) to undergo a medical clearance exam. Your clearance structure depends on your insurance status:

• Cash/Out-of-Network Patients: A one-time annual $35 cash clearance fee applies, which includes your Good Faith Exam with Dr. Rachel Millard, DNP.

• BCBS TX Patients: Your medical clearance is performed as part of a covered Evaluation and Management (E/M) visit. We will bill BCBS TX, and you are only responsible for your standard co-pay or deductible.
