New Patient Protocol (Texas Law): Your safety is our priority. By Texas law, all new patients receiving IV therapy or vitamin injections must complete a brief medical clearance exam prior to their first treatment. A one-time annual Good Faith Exam (GFE) fee of $35 is required to secure your initial appointment with Dr. Millard.
Insurance & Payment Policy: IV hydration and wellness injections are direct-pay services and are not covered by commercial insurance (including BCBS TX). We accept all major credit cards, Cash, HSA, and FSA.
